How Super-Cube® works

Leadership education that turns insight into practice.

How we develop leaders: a clear model, honest assessment, six construct courses, deliberate practice, and measured growth—designed for kids, adolescents, and adults.

Nelson Mandela

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

— Nelson Mandela

The education approach

Not a lecture. A development system.

Super-Cube® education is built so learners can understand, practise, and prove growth—not merely consume content.

Leadership is substantially developable through deliberate practice. Our pathway combines a multidimensional model with structured learning loops: orient, assess, learn, apply, and re-measure.

Language and scenarios adapt by age, but the six faces stay constant—so families, schools, and organisations can share one leadership language.

Philosophy → theory → model

We do not skip the layers. Philosophy sets values; theory explains how leadership works; Super-Cube® is the absolute model learners can practise and assess.

Blended & human-centric

Content, motivation, and social interaction (Illeris) sit inside an I–Thou stance: people are whole beings, not objects of control.

Evidence-informed

The six-construct structure was tested in doctoral research (mixed methods, African FMCG network) so education is built on a validated frame.

From centre outward

Development starts with you, then expands through family, friends, colleagues, organisations, and society—capacity that radiates.

Case voices

What participants say

Feedback from leaders in South African FMCG businesses who walked the Super-Cube® programme—learning, growth, and behaviour change in their own words.

I think it is a fantastic model which needs to be shared with all South Africans and later internationally.

This programme has been a journey of learning, growth and development. The model has potential to engage and influence people across age, education, class and culture as it is not bound to a rigid concept or theory of what a leader or leadership is. Instead, it explores that which comprises moral, effective human functioning, especially in a leadership context.

Q: Does the Super-Cube® leadership model positively influence your leadership behaviour?

More than the word influence, it provokes your behaviour and calls for change.

Theolen Thevan

It was a wonderful and enlightening experience. I have learnt about myself weakness and strengths, and how to grow and improve as a person. I feel the content learnt will help me be a great manager and leader in the future.
